For example, if you have a dietary requirement, they will do their best to accommodate you. On my visit, I mentioned that I was vegan and they were able to provide me with a delicious vegan afternoon tea.

Swinfen Hall is an elegant country house hotel set in the heart of Staffordshire. The hall dates back to the 17th century and has been owned by the same family for over 300 years.
The grounds are beautiful and there is a lovely tea room which serves traditional afternoon tea. The tea room has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming.
The afternoon tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and a selection of cakes. The tea is served in pretty china teapots and there is a good selection of loose leaf teas to choose from.
The Swinfen Hall afternoon tea is definitely a cut above the average and is well worth a visit if you are in the area. It would also make a lovely treat for a special occasion.
